Do you know the origin of Sweetbriar Rose?

The great power of our GGcare rosehip oil lies in the 100% of excellent active principles that are obtained via cold-pressing without any addition of chemical products to maximize its natural properties.

Subsequently, we aromatize it with rose essence to obtain a pleasant fragrance without damaging the natural process.

Its ultra-regenerative effect makes it the best ally for many treatments. It is recommended by surgeons and dermatologists due to its high quality and efficiency in the recovery from surgeries, accidents, burnings, etc.

We believe that the best selection of our raw materials has to come from its natural habitat so that they are nourished from the nature’s sustenance. Thus, they obtain their excellent active principles.

Rosa Rubiginosa is a shrub with thin, flexible and spiny branches. Its leaves are dentated and its flowers are mostly pink and white. It is found in cold and rainy areas.

In GGcare we use the species of the plant that has the larger percentage of Omega 3Omega 6 and linoleic acid that make this plant the best quality one inside its genus.

Rosa Rubiginosa is native to Europe, western Asia and northern Africa and it was introduced in the 19th century. Nowadays it can be found in the Andes mountain range, especially developed in the Chilean area.

70% of the weight of Rosa Rubiginosa’s fruit is composed of seeds, and each one of them contains about 8% of oil.
